    2014<\/h3>\n

    Battery Works entered a new chapter when the current owner took over and merged the company with Panapower, a trusted Queensland business. Panapower specialized in Panasonic single-use consumer batteries, including 9V and AA types. This merger combined deep technical experience with strong retail distribution. It allowed us to offer a wider product range, better service, and deeper knowledge of the Australian battery market. Together, we began supplying major national retail chains with both specialty and everyday battery solutions, setting the stage for stronger, more scalable growth across the country.<\/p>\n

    Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we expanded again by opening a second warehouse and training facility in Smithfield, Sydney. Although interstate travel was limited, we delivered a full calendar of training in Brisbane and Sydney. We also expanded into Western Australia, opening a facility in Canning Vale, Perth, to meet growing demand. The first Victron Energy order from this site became the largest single Victron order ever in Australia.
